Refunds and Returns Policy for Pills and Chemicals

- Package the product securely, including all original packaging and documentation.
- Ship the product back to us, including the RA number, within 3 days of receiving the RA.
6. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to the original method of payment within 4 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary based on your financial institution.
7. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs associated with the original purchase are generally non-refundable. You are responsible for covering the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
